Ingredients
  • 4 cups or a handful of mixed lettuce
  • ½ cup red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ walnut, chopped and roasted
For dressing
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions
  • Start off by preparing the dressing first by combining all of the ingredients
  • together. Store in a jar.
  • Add in all salad ingredients in medium size bowl or individual bowl. Drizzle
  • 1-2 tbsp salad dressing on top.
