Tropical Breakfast Parfait
Serve 3-4 people
- 2 cups granola of your choice
- 2 packs vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup mango, cubed
- 1 cup strawberry, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- Combine yogurt and honey
- Add half of granola to the bottom of serving dish/container,
- followed by half of mango chunks and strawberry slices. Pour half of yogurt-honey mixture on top. Repeat process.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
