Baked Tuna Rice

2 cups rice, cooked
2 cans tuna chunks
¼ cup onion, chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Dried parsley
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Mix with a spoon thoroughly until well-blended. Set aside.
3. Add rice to casserole dish/aluminum foil pan, spread evenly. Add tuna mixture
over the rice. Top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes or until it’s bubbly around the edge. Change
oven setting to broil, top heat only. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the top turns golden brown or slightly burnt. Take out from the oven and sprinkle with
dried parsley.
