Salad on the go

Serve 1
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ½ cup red bellpepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup thousand island dressing

  • Pour dressing on the bottom of the container first, followed by 1 cup of lettuce, bellpepper, grilled chicken, croutons, and top with the remaining lettuce and parmesan cheese. Or you can assemble in any order you want. Stir everything before you eat.
