Roast Beef and Egg

Ingredients
  • 2 sunny side up eggs
  • 2 slices of bread, toasted
  • 2-4 roast beef
  • ½ cup mixed salad
  • 1 tsp pepper flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
Mayo spread
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha or any hot sauce of your choice
  • Pinch of salt, if desired
Instructions
  • Prepare the mayo spread. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir with spoon until well-combine
  • Assemble the dish by laying out the slices of bread, followed by 1 tbsp of mayo spread, ¼ cup of salad, 2 pcs roast beef, and 1 egg. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and ground black pepper if desired.
