Herb Grilled Chicken and Salad

Ingredients
For Grilled Chicken:
- 2 pcs chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
For Salad:
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 egg, boiled and crushed
Instructions
- Add together all ingredients of the marinade in a large bowl. Use half to marinade chickens, chill the other half in the fridge for salad dressing later.
- Prepare salad by mixing all ingredients in a large sized bowl. Set aside.
- Marinade chickens for 20 minutes, once chicken is ready, grill chicken over medium heat on both sides until cooked through.
- Let chicken to rest for 3 minutes, carefully slice it and put over salad. Drizzle the clean dressing from the fridge over salad.
