Broccoli and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Serve 5-6 people


10-12 slices of loaf bread, roughly cut

1 lb. broccoli, cooked

5 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and chopped

1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese

7 eggs

2 cups heavy cream

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine eggs and heavy cream in a measuring cup, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Mix bread, broccoli, and bacon in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased casserole dish/aluminum foil. Slowly pour in egg mixture until it covers broccoli and bread. Evenly sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the eggs cooked through. Start checking at minute 30. Remove from oven.
