Teriyaki Rice

Serve 2
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 cup chuck roast beef, thin sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced and cooked
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, sliced and cooked
  • ¼ cup beef teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ onion, sliced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Oil for pan frying

  • Heat oil in wok/frying pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant for about 2 minutes. Add in sliced beef, stir and toss until beef is cooked thorough. Add in teriyaki sauce, carrot, and broccoli, stir to combine. cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add rice to serving dish. Pour teriyaki beef mixture over rice.
